Princess Household Appliances BV, a Dutch firm specialising in small domestic appliances, was established in 1994. Thanks to its highly distinctive approach, the company has since grown explosively. Princess is the world's largest supplier of small domestic products in chrome. There are distributors in more than 75 countries as well as 98 employees all over the world, all working to build on the success of Princess, with ‘Business is Entertainment’ as their motto.

| The headquarters of Princess Household Appliances BV is located in a magnificent historic building, known as Princeville or Princess-ville, in Breda. As well as the offices in Breda, Princess also has branches in Rillaar (Belgium), Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen (China). |

| The distribution centre is situated at the Hoogeind business park also in Breda. A large portion of the deliveries within Europe are conducted from the distribution centre. The subsidiary company Princess Worldwide in Hong Kong deals with sales in the Middle and Far East and major direct sales worldwide. It also offers support to purchasing, product development and quality control. In the mid-1990s, Princess entered into a joint venture with a factory in Sansui Guangdong, China, where 1500 people are employed. | |
| In 1998, Princess took over Nova, the Belgium brand name. |
| Internationally renowned companies like Saeco Italy, Sanyo Japan and Caffitaly System Italia have entered into partnership agreements with Princess. Via the US-based Tristar, Princess markets its products available worldwide on DRTV (Direct Response Television). |
| In a very short space of time, Princess Household Appliances has succeeded in becoming an established brand, and a company that has one clear aim. |
